Can we request a special bungalow number or a special location? How can I request it?
You can make your special request after booking at any time. Your request will be processed with all our interest and we will try our best. We kindly inform you however, that we can not give any guarantee for this type of special requests at any time. We recommend you to make your request through the remarks of your reservation or sending us an e-mail to info@canarygardenclub.com

Do you provide towels/pooltowel, hairdryer and washing products?
Towels are provided for all our bungalows as well as liquid soap and shampoo. We have also hairdryers in our WCs. Towels are indicated for the use in the bungalows and will be changed 3 times per week. If you need pooltowels, you can rent them in reception for 1 Euro, leaving also a deposit of 10 Euros each

Are animals allowed?
No kind of animal is allowed

Do you provide transfer service from or to the airport?
We do not offer this service.
To come to us from the airport, you can use the local bus "Global" number 66 and 90. Click on the bus numbers to see the timetable. The nearest stop to our hotel is called "Playa Flor" and is just 150 m. away. You can also take a taxi. It cost aprox. 45,00 Euros. At the airport you will find always taxis available at any time. You can also try to prebook a privat transfer. In the internet you can find many offers

Do you have parking places?
Directly in front of our hotel you will find a wide free public parking area

Are the bungalows equiped with toaster, coffee machine, ketle, dryer,... other items?
The standard equipment of all our Bungalows are: TV, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, Kettle, microwave, hair dryer and air conditioning/heater. In all wardrobes you will find a small ironing board and you can get at any time an iron from reception free of charge when needed. We also have a room for common use with a washing machine and dryer (extra charge). This can be rented in reception

Do you have Internet connection?
We have free wifi in the reception area and in the restaurant. In the bungalows, we have wifi for extra charge (f.eg.: 4 days- 16 Euros, 7 days- 20 Euros or 14 days- 28 Euros). We also have a small area with computers at reception for internet access with extra charge.

How can we reserve with you directly or see prices and availability?
You can check at any time availability and prices here in our homepage under 'RESERVATION'. There you can also make your reservation and pay. Your reservation will be confirmed automatically after full payment is done. In the next 24 hours, you will receive also a copy of your reservation by mail with all the details.
If you have any problems doing the reservation online, call us on (00 34) 928 141674 and we will gladly assist you.

What is the check in time? What happens if we arrive too early or too late?
The check in time is after 15:00 hours. Please understand that guests can keep the rooms until 12:00 noon on departure day and we need after that time to make the rooms ready. If you arrive too early, you will probably have to wait for your room. If your room gets ready earlier, you will be able to entry in advance. On arrival we will inform you about the state of your room. There will never be problems if you arrive late, because our reception is on duty 24 hours.

When is check-out? Is it possible to book a late check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00 hours noon. Occasionally and when availability makes it possible, you could book a late check-out in reception. It is not possible to book in advance a late check-out. It is only possible to book it on departure day and only if we have enough rooms available. In seasons with high occupancy it will be very difficult to be able to book a late check-out. In the worse case, you can use our luggage room after 12:00 to store your luggage and we have also a shower room where you could take a shower before departure. Luggage room and shower room is free of charge for our guests

Do you offer meals for special diets like... VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN FREE, WITHOUT LACTOSE,.. WITHOUT OTHER TYPE OF ALLERGEN?
We do not offer in general any product or any diet without a type of allergen. We also can not react in our restaurant in particular for any single need as we have to cook for hundreds of guests.

Is it possible to eat at the restaurant if we only booked accommodation? What schedules and prices have the meals?
Anyone can eat in our restaurant, even if not staying in our resort.
Breakfast is buffet style and is served from 8 to 10 am. The price per person is 9 Euro. Dinner is also buffet style, it is served from 18:00 to 20:30 hours and the price per person is 15 Euros. The tickets to breakfast or dinner can be purchased at the front desk before entering the restaurant.
Lunch is a la carte and is served from the pool bar from 12:30 until 16:00 hours

Are the pools heated? How deep are they?
One of the large pools and the children's pool are heated in the winter months at a temperature of 25° C. The depth of the large pools is 1.20 m and the depth of the children's pool is 0.35 m.
